For the next big game, kids gaming or backyard movie night, gather your family and friends around a outdoor movie theater. Our backyard movie nights are perfect for patio, poolside, camp or anywhere you want a portable, outdoor movie screen. We have several screen size options for you to chose from. We can accommodate a smaller screen for a back deck showing to a larger for poolside entertainment. Our digital sound system will be sure to put you in the middle of any movie you choose.
How it works:
You choose the proper screen package for your event. We load up the outdoor movie equipment and head out to your event site, most setups are usually between 2pm and 7pm. After setup we make sure everything is up and running properly. The responsibility of the client is to make sure the equipment is properly stored so there is no weather damage or theft. We will come by later that evening or the next day at a specific time agreed upon by us and the client. That's it! Please clean up after your pets before we arrive :)
Note* Not for daytime use, viewing can start around dusk.

Things to consider when renting a outdoor movie package
Storing Equipment - The equipment must be stored or protected from the elements or thieves according. Any weather damage or stolen equipment is the responsibility of you the client. We can show you how to dismantle screen in case of bad weather.
Pickup - Pickup will happen the next day around noon or otherwise specified.
Long Weekends and Holidays - Bookings scheduled for Holidays and Long Weekends are premium dates, and tend to be a little more than regular weekend bookings.
Is the Site Powered? - If there isn’t any onsite power, you will have to bring a generator or we can take care of it which will affect the over all cost.
Travel Distance - We service communities all over HRM, and we are centrally located in Lower Sackville, our transportation costs are not too significant – but should be considered.
Site Layout - Some sites are better suited for outdoor movies than others; if your site requires some work before we can set up (such as leveling ground, removing objects, etc) please have it ready for us.
Licensing - You can watch movies in your back yard or at a private showing without a license, please check whether or not you need a public viewing license, they can run from $200 to $500.
Weather Policy - We may cancel the showing of any movie if the weather appears to have the potential to cause harm to our equipment, staff or attendees. Examples of weather conditions may include: thunder/lightning, wind, cold, and rain. In most cases the weather related cancellation will simply be re-scheduled for a different day, depending on availability. Please note: if the event must be canceled after we has begun traveling to the venue, travel and labour fees still apply.
